Let’s skate! Our pals Bam, Winkle, and Nikki were in Seville to skate and be merry, so we – along with our good friend, Pepe – headed down to the coastal town of Chiclana de la Frontera, Spain, to skate, watch skating, and do some shooting.
I don’t skate anymore, so I just watched with envy. I feel like that’s a necessary qualifier haha. Anyway, there was a skateboarding contest to check out in Chiclana, which was the main purpose of this particular adventure. We wanted to watch the kids do their thing and hang out for the day. Bam and Winkle also wanted to get some footage and photography, so we all hopped in the van and headed south.
Enjoy some shots from these good times.
After that little session, we headed over to watch the kids get their groove on at the skate contest.
And I almost got faced by his board.
Pepe was interviewed…
…while we watched some more action.
Naturally, everyone wanted a picture with Bam.
There were better contest views from above, so we all headed to the other side.
After the contest, we made our way to another spot for some more footage. The setup…
…and the execution.
And it was a good day.

A very special and very big thanks to all the fine folks in Chiclana de la Frontera, and to our pals for the good times.
