In case you don’t remember – or maybe you’re new here (Welcome!) – we lived in Guanajuato, Mexico, for a few months in 2014. That lovely city just happens to be the home base of our friend, lauded author, world traveler, and all-around great guy, Tim Leffel.
While we were in Guanajuato, Tim was working on a video series covering the cost of living in the area. He went around and interviewed some expats in their homes, discussing rent and daily costs, things of that nature.
We were two of the folks he interviewed during our time there, and the videos are now available to the public. If you want to see what home life is like for an expat in Guanajuato – great is what it is – and see some of us in our natural environment, have a look-see at Part 1 and Part 2 below. We’re featured in Part 2, but watch them both so you can get a glimpse into how it is in lovely GTO.
Thanks very much to Tim for asking us to be a part of this. We had an unforgettable experience in Guanajuato, and a great time hanging out with Tim and his family.
And, of course, be sure to check out Tim’s Cheapest Destinations website if you’re interested in living the life!
